If you’re looking for lots of great people watching and action and shopping, then a Sunday morning stroll in The Hills of Beverly is not for you. But if you’re looking for peace and quiet and a chance to take in the beauty, as well as a chance to get great pictures without a bunch of tourists in the background, then do go out and about on a Sunday morning in The Golden Triangle.
We started from our hotel on Wilshire, Sixty Beverly Hills, and headed West toward The Beverly Wilshire hotel, which was made famous by Richard Gere and Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. First on the agenda was coffee, so we stopped in at Brighton Coffee Shop, where I had the best chai latte I’ve ever had. The coffee shop is very small and cozy with reasonable prices. From there we made our way over to Beverly Gardens Park on Santa Monica Blvd, at which we actually did spot a big tourist group walking around snapping tons of photos. But other than them, there were only a few other people at the park.
A couple of fun places for Beverly Hills Housewives fans to see are Kyle by Alene Too on Brighton Way, owned by Kyle Richards and Villa Blanca, also on Brighton, owned by Lisa Vanderpump.
The most important of all, Rodeo Drive, is basically completely closed on Sunday mornings, which means you have ample opportunity for Instagram gold! The shops, the street, the trees, everything is so beautiful. So snap, snap away, y’all.
Top 3 tips on taking a Sunday morning stroll in Beverly Hills:
1. Dress in your cutest athleisure outfit.
2. Make sure your phone battery is charged up and ready for tons of pics.
3. Grab a latte, take your time and enjoy!
